Default Lost ALL my menus in Word, have to use shortcut keys for ALL.

My Word program opens up as Document1, with no menus at all. If you X out of
the document, you X out of Word. There is no Outer box to X out of. No
menus at all. It's happened to me before, but our computer guy can't
remember how he fixed it. I am getting good at the shortcut keys tho, out of
necessity....

Thanks for any help if someone out there has encountered this.
