Can I automatically set Word to change case?
Is there any way to automatically set Word to change case? I am copying and
pasting for my job, articles that are all in caps and I want to know if there is a way to make it easier and change the case automatically? Instead of having to do it once I paste the article. Thanks. |

I don't know of any way to do it automatically, but once you have copied and
pasted, you can highlight the text and depress SHIFT + F3 and it will change the case for you. I hope this has been helpful to you. -- Carol A. Can I automatically set Word to change case?
Depending on what you're starting with it might not handle everything
exactly as you want, but you might try selecting the content to be converted, then use FormatChange Case. There is no *automatic* feature, although there may be some way to expedite the process using VBA. -- HTH|:) Bob Jones [MVP] Office:Mac "Fran" wrote in message ... Can I automatically set Word to change case?
VBA is Visual Basic for Applications programming language used by MS. I'm
afraid that if you are not a VBA programmer it won't do you much good unless someone can provide you with a procedure that will accomplish the task.
