We have a WAN office that is connecting to our main office using terminal
server. If they open several local Word documents, task manager shows that
there are multiple winword.exe running in the Processes tab. However, if
they open up several documents from our DMS (Interwoven), only one
winword.exe process is running. I tested this on a local computer in our
main office and it works properly here. What would caused multiple instances
of Word to run?
