Default advice to convert word doc to bookfold doc please

I have an 8 p portrait word doc and wish to convert it to a bookfold. How is
that done please

What version of Word do you have? "Book fold" is available only in Word 2002
and 2003.

The version of Windows has nothing to do with it? *Word* XP is the same as
Word 2002.

There is no "Word XP." Word 2002 is the version found in Office XP.
