Default Dialogue Box when saving

Is there a way to turn off the dialogue box when saving a document that has
the tracked changes turned on? The constant message is "The document being
saved contains tracked changes. Continue with save?" It is annoying to see
this each time as I know my docs have tracked changes and I know I am saving
them.

Thanks.

Tools | Options | Security: Warn before printing, saving or sending a file
that contains tracked changes or comments. I wish more people had this
enabled, though; I detest getting files that pop up the Reviewing toolbar
for no apparent reason.
