graphs
im trying to make a graph but it has a default of 4 columns (1st quarter
2nd.......etc) and even if i delete the data in the fourth column, it still appears on the graph and i cant get rid of it. how do i do this? |

Click on the column heading in the data form before pressing Delete. This
selects the entire column. Also, if you right click after selecting the column, you get a choice of Delete or Clear Contents. -- Suzanne S.
