Alt+Shift+Right Arrow is one way that always works. Depending on your
Options settings, Tab may also work.

Another possibility is to use the Increase Indent button on the
Formatting toolbar. For outline-numbered paragraphs, this button will
demote the numbering level (by running the ListIndent command).
