unknown reviewer in track changes
i can't seem to get word 2002 to recognize the name in my user info field
when it tracks my changes. usually it shows up as 'unknown.' once in awhile i can get it to switch over to my name by reentering it under options/user information, but there's not one method it responds to consistently. |

In Word 2002, click on Tools | Options | Security | uncheck the

the box was never checked so it's not the problem. any other ideas?

Is someone using the Remove Hidden Data Tool (see
