Default Bottom Margin too large

Often a document looks fine on screen, but when it prints instead of the
bottom margin being one inch, it is more like 3 or 4 inches. Any ideas?

No, it does not. That is turned off.

Default Bottom Margin too large

FWIW, the fact that Track Changes is turned off does not mean that the
document does not contain tracked changes or comments.
