Default Complex TOC with Word 2002 SP3

I try to build a book with these features.
The book has sections
section 1 : stuff before main text. Except first page, footer number is
roman i.e. i, ii, iii
section 2 : main text, footer numbering is chapter-page i.e. Ch1-1, Ch1-2,
Ch2-1
section 3 : appendix, footer number is appendix-page i.e. A-1, A-2, B-1, B-2

It is very complicated to make it right.
I try {SEQ id} and have Ch1-1 working.

But When 'Table of Contents' which is a Heading1 table of content entry show
up in the actual generated TOC, it look like

Table of Contents ......................3 (I expected iii)
Chapter 1 AAAA ........................1
Chapter 2 BBBBB .......................2

It is possible to make 3 (page 3 of section 1) appear as iii ?
