Default Change headers in word docs to accommodate letterhead

I would like to be able to change the orientation of headers in word
documents.

Our company letterhead has the address down the right hand side. The top of
the left hand side is clear and used for dates and addressee details. It
would be good if I could specify where our address ends so the body of the
letter can begin. ie Instead of having the head take up a portion of the
document across the top, I would like it to be a square in the upper right
hand side.

I hope this makes sense. It is hard to describe without having a picture to
show!

You can accomplish this with text boxes or frames. See the "More complex
letterhead" section of http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/Letterhead.htm
