Specific Text in Document as a Result of Drop Down List Choice
Trying to create a streamlined Marketing Proposal. I would like for specific
text to be inserted in the document as a result of each particular option that is chosen from the drop down list. For instance, if "A" is selected from the drop down list, then "a beautiful sky, filled with clouds" would be inserted at some other designated place in the document. If "B" is chosen, then "a gray sky filled with storm clouds" would be inserted at some other designated place in the document. How do you accomplish this? Also, I would like for parts of the document to be editable by the marketing reps (address, signature, etc.). Is this possible with the use of drop down lists? |
