Default copy keyboard shortcuts

We want to update everyone's normal.dot file. Everyone will backup their
normal file before this happens.

Are keyboard commands stored in the normal? If so my concern is how can we
move users custom keyboard commands into their new normal.dot.

We are running office 2004 on the Mac.

Thanks

You can try the Shortcut Organizer mentioned in
http://word.mvps.org/faqs/customizat...rShortcuts.htm and downloadable
from http://www.chriswoodman.co.uk/Shortcut%20Organizer.htm. I don't know
whether this will work on Mac Word.

Thanks.

FYI your Shortcut Organizer link on the MVP page does not work anymore.
