I want to send out a blanket email to a huge list of people, but want to use
the "undisclosed recipients" but cannot seem to find how to use it in Outlook
- anyone know this?

You really should have posted this question in an Outlook newsgroup, not a
Word one.

Since you asked politely, though: In the message editor, click View Bcc
Field. The field will appear between the Cc field and the Subject field. Put
the names or the title of a distribution list in the Bcc field. There's a
similar option for Bcc if you go through the contact list. Look at the help
topic titled "Send a message without the recipient's name showing".
