How do I address labels using public folder contacts?
My company uses a public folder to share contact information. I want to
create labels using this contact information, via Tools/Letters and Mailings/Envelopes and labels. However, I can't access the public folder information - I've tried every option in the "Show Names from..." field. Help! |

How do I address labels using public folder contacts?
See the "Mailmerge from Outlook" item on fellow MVP Graham Mayor's website
at: http://www.gmayor.com/mailmerge_from_outlook.htm However, you may need to export the data from Outlook to be able to use it. If none of this helps, I would suggest that you ask in the microsoft.public.outlook.contacts newsgroup -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis. Doug Robbins - Word MVP "A Tay" A wrote in message ...
