Default ? ? ? Picture Style on Custom Toolbar

Word 2007

There is one particular pre-defined Picture Style that I use over and over.
I can place the Picture Style drop down list onto the customize toolbar but
what I would prefer is that ONE particular button/picture style on the
customize toolbar.

Any way to do this?

Thanks

Individual building block/gallery entries can't be added to the Quick Access Toolbar directly from the user interface, but there are
some other methods you can use.

From the Developer tab (if the tab isn't visible you can turn it on from
Office Button=Word Options=Popular) and in the Controls group insert a picture content control into the document. Then apply
the Picture style of your choice to that content control.

Once you have the control set the way you want, and selected you can use
Alt, T, A to create a formatted Autocorrect entry (name it something like
\newpic

After that if you type \newpic in your document you'll get the style frame and then right click in the center and choose 'Change
Picture' to add the picture.

You can also use Insert=Quickparts to create a saved Autotext/gallery choice from that setting. Once it's in a building block
gallery, such as 'Quickparts' you can assign a keyboard shortcut to it.

You could also write a macro that applies a specific picture style to a selected picture. The macro can be added to the Quick
Access toolbar and a keyboard shortcut can be assigned to the macro as well.
