unicode does not work on Word 2002
I tried pasting some Hindi words from a website into Word 2002 and it does
not show the way it should - just some squares is all I see. I tried reinstalling Office XP but it said "this package could not be opened........." I'm on Win XP SP3. |

Do you have the Hindi font installed? Is it the same font as you are
copying? -- Terry Farrell - MSWord MVP "RJ" wrote in message ... Similar to the other reply, have you tried changing the font of the non-displaying characters to "Arial Unicode MS"? Many fonts just don't have glyphs for very many 'exotic' Unicode characters. |
