Default How do I print last name comma first name?

My first two columns in a table are fname and lname. I want to print a list
in this format:
lname comma space fname
like this:
Dunn, Norman
I'm using Microsoft Word 2003 and unable to print in this format
Can you help me?
Norm Dunn

Thanks!

You could use a mail merge, or you could copy/paste the table, delete all
but the first two columns, and convert to text, separating with commas.
