Duplex mailmerge printing
Hi My colleague has setup a mailmerge which is a 3 page document. The first two pages print duplex, and the third page prints on a page by itself. I now need to do some reprints but each time I print with duplex on, I get the first two pages in duplex, followed by the third page and the first page of the next section in duplex. What trick has she used to ensure the third page comes off by itself? Many thanks Mart |

Duplex mailmerge printing
When a merge is executed to a new document, the "letter" that is created for
each record is in a separate Section. Therefore to print of individual parts of the document created by the merge, it is necessary to specify the Section number using s# and if only part of the Section is required then use p#s# -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis. Doug Robbins - Word MVP "Mart" wrote in message ...
