Word 2002 Track Changes Author
I work from different comptuers at work and my home computer. I'm tracking
changes in a document that is a collaborative effort so we want authors to display in different colors. However, even though I've entered the same name for myself under tools, options, user information -- Word tracks my changes in different colors on different computers. Can I make it track my changes all in one color, but still use different colors for different authors? Thanks! Laura |

Hi ?B?TGF1cmE=?=,
I work from different comptuers at work and my home computer. I'm tracking changes in a document that is a collaborative effort so we want authors to display in different colors. However, even though I've entered the same name for myself under tools, options, user information -- Word tracks my changes in different colors on different computers. Can I make it track my changes all in one color, but still use different colors for different authors? No, I don't think so. Word probably uses additional information, besides the literal name, to track who's who.
