I have a list of name and addresses in a word file. Can I convert these
labels to print to envelope format instead of label?? I really don't feel
like typing them over again.

Use the method from http://www.gmayor.com/convert_labels...mail_merge.htm
to create a merge source document, and then run a mail merge to envelopes.
