Default document template

I have a existing label template that has:
FROM
XXXX, XXXXXX & XXXXX LLP
xxxx xxxxxxx xx xxxxx xxxxxxxxx
Suite 1350
Austin, TX 78759
TO

"Add Label Text Here"

When I run it it always comeup with the text being double. I went to file
open to modify but it continue to double. Any ideas how to get it saved?

Apparently you have some fields or macros at work here. Without knowing what
they are, no one is going to be able to give much advice. Use Alt-F9 to look
for fields.

Which version of Word?

What text is doubled?
