Put merge field in a text box to special place it on label?
I am trying to setup several labels using MS Access and printing in Word. I
wanted to put the merged fields into object boxes so I could move them anyplace on the label. When i do it the fields that are in the text boxes do not update. Please Help! |

Rather than use object boxes, you could insert a table into each label and
control the position of the mergefield by setting the dimensions of the cell into which you place the mergefield. That is if you cannot do it by the use of the normal formatting options - paragraph spacing, tabs, etc. -- Hope this helps.
