How do I combine page totals with different sections & layouts?
I want the page totals of more than one section (Page 1 of 2) to display on
my template document. It has three sections: the first section is a cover sheet in portrait, the second isection is the first part of the template in portrait, and the third section of the template is in landscape. The first section is not a problem since I don't want it's total to carry over. How do I display the combined page totals of section two and three without connecting the header/footer of the sections? I loose the layout format when I connect them. |

You can use the techniques described he
http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/Page_Numbering.htm Alternatively, starting the page numbering at zero, and just using Page X of Y might work, where Y is a {numpages} field and not a {sectionpages} field.
