Default how to share macros with other

hi can somebody tell how to share my macros with others.pls tell all possible
way to share macros with others.
i tried :
1. copy the code to their systems but shortcut keys doesnt work
2. saved doc as template, then added to that template to their golbal
template and changed the startup files still didnt worked .

pls help tell me the best way to share my macros with other
