Sort colums in a table
I used labels in the tools menu to create a list of names and addresses.
There are three columns. I want the columns sorted together (not individually) from A to Z. I cannot figure out a way to do this? Does anyone know of a way, or do I have to reinput everything into a regular table? |

They are already in a "regular table." That's the problem; you can only sort
on one column in a table. But see http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/MailMe...ToDatafile.htm -- Suzanne S.
