Default how to stop images moving in word newsletter templates

I am designing a newsletter in MS Word to email to prospects and customers,
however, our logo in the top row seems to move when I view it in MS Outlook.
Why is this and how do I stop it?

Try changing the format of your email message from HTML to Rich
Text to see if that helps. Or you can adjust the newsletter in
Word to display in Web Layout which should be what you are seeing
inside of Outlook.
