Default ms word alignment

We are havinng a Windows 2003 server as terminal server, and ms-office 2003
installed. 60 terminal cal and win cal are activated on the server.

When my some users are tryging to access the word templates, through RDP the
alignment is mismatching. In some other users the alignment is fine.

Templates contain header and footer required for all documents

Default ms word alignment

Hi P.Bhagawan

Just check whether all users have the same printer driver. The reason is if
the printer driver are different are different then the document will be
misaligned.

Normally the best practice is to select the printer that you would print the
document and then proceed to create the document. If the document is mis
aligned then check in whcih machine the alignment is proper and choose that
printer settings, otherwise you have reformat the document again.

Hi Prabhu

Single printer for the department whose is facing the problem in some users
the alignment is fine if we open the same in other user there is a problem.

The problem of alignment is sorted out, I have uninstalled the ms -office
2003 and reinstalled the same and updated the office service packs and after
going through the patchs of office in microsofttech i updated some of them.

We are having the SAME problem and have attempted all the same fixes you
have. The problem just started this month. I posted it last week on this
site but I never received any replies and now I don't see my post any longer.
