Recently when opening word, the cursor consistently presents itself at the
top of the page rather than at the preset page layout settings. These are
set correctly and have not been cahmged and are correct on checking. The
vertical ruler is visible but not the associated cursors with which you
_could_ adjustthe 1st/last lines of the page.
The head and footer and white space remain visble and unchanged, ie as
expected.
