Hi, I am a secretary working for two directors. The directors have 10
managers and 3 educators that work for them so I get a lot of documents from
a lot of different people.
Sometimes, when I try to print these documents, my printer blinks and I have
to manually push the printer button for each page to print. But the people
who created the documents say they print fine for them.
Anyone know what the problem is? It's quite aggravating, especially if I
have to print several copies!

Ooops I meant to also say that when I look at the document in Print Preview,
it looks fine. The margins look great and looks like it should print out
perfectly

Apparently the other users are not sending the doc to the same printer - in
which case I'd suggest you first check to see if there is a more current
driver available for your printer.

Further, are you sure that all these docs have been created in Word 2000? Do
you as well as they, have the same Office updates/Service Packs installed?

Other possibilities may include your printer or network settings, but I'm
still leaning toward the driver needing to be updated/reinstalled.
