Default Can I stop the phase "Apollo 11" breaking at line end?

I want to make sure that the phrase always appears complete so that, if it's
at the end of a line, it all moves down and doesn't ever appear as

Apollo

Use a non-breaking space (CTRL+SHIFT+ SPACE) instead of a regular space
between "Apollo" and "11".
