Is there a shortcut to capitalize or uncapitalize a selection?

Pressing Shift+F3 repeatedly will cycle from UPPERCASE to lowercase to
Sentence case.

Shift+F3 is the shortcut for Change Case. Pressing it up to 3 times will
cycle through lower case, title case (capitalize first letter of each word),
and all upper case. If you use the Change Case dialog from the Format menu,
you can also get sentence case (capitalize only the first letter of each
sentence).
