Make all the section breaks "Odd Page."

The only way to make Word do this is to start each section on an
odd-numbered page. Word will refuse to send the "new sheet"
instruction to the printer for an even-numbered page. If this would
cause unacceptable renumbering of the pages, I think you're out of
luck.

To make each section start on an odd page automatically in Word 2003
and earlier:

- Click File Page Setup.
- Click the Layout tab of the dialog.
- Set the "Section start" dropdown to "Odd page".
- Set the "Apply to" dropdown to "Whole document".
- Click OK.

In Word 2007, because there is no File menu with a Page Setup item,
instead you click the Page Layout tab of the ribbon. In the Page Setup
group, click the tiny arrow button in the lower right corner of the
group's title. That opens the same dialog as in 2003, and the
instructions are the same from that point on.
