How do I prevent MS Word from splitting part of name into two line
When I choose "justify" option in alignment after typing a letter, some words
or titles or initials of names are split in two lines. e.g. When there is a name with title, Dr D Mathew, typed in the letter, I would want all the three groups of letters to be in the same line. However, if the said name happens to come at the end of a line, on aligning the paragraph as "justify", MS Word splits the name as either Dr in one line and D Mathew in another, or Dr D in one line and Mathew in another. How do I ensure that the three groups of letters remain in the same line? |
