You can type any number in, the 6, 12, 18 etc are what Word defaults to but
you can type "4" in before pt at the end. "SJ" wrote: How do i change the amount of space after the paragraph to 4.0 points?I know i can do it to 6 ,12,18, 24 pts but 4.0 pts?i have no idea |

Note that you can even type the value in a different unit of measurement if
you want to. For example, you can type it in inches or centimeters. Word will convert it to points (which you will see the next time you open the Paragraph dialog box). -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "ssmith" wrote in message ... To add to what Stefan has said, if you use a different unit of measurement,
you do have to type that unit in: 2", say, or 2 in, or 2 cm. A number entered without a unit will be assumed to be points. -- Suzanne S.
