Hi. I have a problem whenever I try to print my resume in Word 2000. I have
Windows XP, btw.

The first letter in my last name is capitalized in the saved document and in
the print preview. But, when I print it out, the letter automatically turns
to lower-case.

This happens with other people's printers when I try to use their's, so it's
not just my printer.

Can anyone help?
