What is the default margin settings in Word?
I accidently hit 'default' after changing the margins in a letter thinking it
would put it back to the default, but it MADE it the default! Doh Does anyone know the default cm's? |

Don't know in cm, but in inches the margins are 1" Top and Bottom, 1.25"
Left and Right. FWIW, when you click Default, you get a dialog asking if you want to change the default margins for all new documents. This is what you said yes to. -- Suzanne S. Note also that margins (apparently) vary with language versions. In my

If you want to be sure of getting the default margins back, you can rename
