Default how do I return to the page I was last working on in Word 2007?

Please help me save time by teaching me how to return to page 43 (or
whatever) every time I open a document. As it is I have to scroll down.
There must be a better way. Thanks.

Most of the time SHIFT F5 will do it. Otherwise
CTRL G 43 (as long as Go To is Page Number - configurable) or whatever page
number.
