Default Watermark in word

Hi all......'
I want to add a watermark in word through a VB code. I know how to do that
by adding through Header and Footer but then that can be changed by any user
by double clicking it. I want to make a proper watermark which cannot be
modified by any user. Please help for maknig a wateramrk.....

You can't do anything in Word that cannot be modified by the user. A graphic
anchored to the header or footer is all there is.
