Open Outlook and switch to the Calendar. Go to the day where a subscription
renewal is needed, click on the day and then right-click and select New Recurring Event. Select the renewal frequency (Yearly, 6-monthly or whatever), add the description of the event (e.g. Vogue Sub) and then set the reminder to 2-weeks or whatever you prefer.
