Surely not. At least not for a memo in the usual sense of a brief
communication that has this format: From: [Your Name] To: [The Recipient(s)] Subject: Whatever Date: Today's date Body text of usually less than a page. If the "memo" is a "Memorandum" as the term might be used in some legal or government context, then all bets are off. -- Suzanne S.
