Is it possible to write a macro that includes or excludes sections of a
document. I have a standard doc that I need to exclude sections in certain
circumstances.

You could do it with a printing macro of some kind. It might take some work
to do, though.

An easier solution, however, might be to format the excluded sections as
Hidden text. When you want to exclude those sections, make sure File -
Print - Options - Hidden Text is unchecked.
