Default "Quicktime and Decompressor needed to view document"

I am trying to open a document (using Word 2002) that was created on Word for
Mac 2004. When I open it, it says "Quciktime and a decompressor are needed
to see this picture." I do not have access to the original document; it was
provided to me. Is there a plugin or other way to view the document as
intended by the creator?
