Word 2000 recurring "Autocorrect not installed" error message
I recently bought a used PC with MS Word 2000 installed.
When I use Word, I repeatedly (after every few words typed) get an error message like: ! Microsoft Word cannot use Autocorrection lists. This function is not installed. Do you wish to install it now? This is just an approximate wording, as I'm translating it from Spanish. (The software and keyboard are in Spanish. As I write in English, this might be compounding the problem, but I don't think it's the source of it). As I say, I bought the PC used and lack the installation disc(s). I've already unchecked all the Autocorrect options in the Tools/Autocorrect menus. How can I avoid or **disable** this message?? |
