How do I delete extra paragraph characters
When I copy a document there is often paragraph formatting at the end of each
line making the document hard to read in Word. This is especially true when I copy something that has been written in column form so each line is very short. I know there used to be a method to quickly remove all extra formatting charcters in Word a few (probably more than that!) releases ago. I would appreciate any help in removing the formatting in a very long document. I am using Word 2003 Thanks, Lynn |
