increasing or decreasing of decimels shown as 2 icon not seen in the tool bar
in 2003 word version. Please tell me how & where to find out those 2 icon in
the top of the word tables?

Note that Word does not allow you to specify a numeric format directly for
table cells. To accomplish this, either use field codes or a text form field
with a numeric format.
