Hi all-

I've seen similar questions posted but not quite what I'm trying to do.
Hoping someone can help! I have a doc with sections/chapters, etc. I can
pull back the chapters on the left side to include chapter numbers fine, but
would like the PAGE NUMBER pullback to include the chapters as well. For
example:

1.2 How to Bake
Cookies........................................... ...................1.2(1)
1.2.1 Chocolate
Chip.............................................. ...................1.2(1)
1.3 How to Bake
Cakes............................................. ....................1.3(1)

Is this possible? I am looking at field codes to see if I can somehow
modify them. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
