I have a document that is in Arial. When it prints on occasion the letters
are on top of each other and/or the spaces between words are gone. On the
screen the view looks perfect. Any idea what the problem is and how to fix
it.

It is most likely a problem with the video driver. One possibility is to
install a more recent version if the driver if there is one available.
Determine the brand and model and check the appropriate web site.

If there is nothing more recent, delete the present driver; restart and let
the driver re-install. Failing that, install from files on the CD, if you
have one, or the maker's web site.
