Default Header Rows in Microsoft Word 2007

Hello Everyone!

I have a table in Word 2007 that occupies three pages. I would really
like to add a header for the subsequent pages (i.e. not the first
page) of the table, but I am not sure how to do it. I know it is
different than checking the "repeat header row" box because that makes
the line I want to repeat show up on the first page of the chart too.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!
