First go to Office button Word Options Popular and enable the Developer
tab of the ribbon.

Click the Developer tab. In the Controls section in the middle, click the
first icon in the second row, whose tooltip says Drop-Down List.

Click the Properties button on the right side of the Controls group to add
the selections to the dropdown.

This control has the advantage, compared to the Forms dropdown in the legacy
tools, that the document doesn't have to be protected; that means it doesn't
disable other features such as spell-checking and inserting pictures the way
protected forms do.

Thanks
Now, can two boxes be link?
The choice in box 1 forces a result in box 2 or vice versa.

It isn't clear what you want. Should the contents of the two boxes be identical
at all times, or do you want the second box to show something different but
related to the content of the first? And is it really necessary to make the
first box respond to changes in the second, or is it sufficient to always make
changes only in the first box?

Sorry, I would like the second box to show something different but related to
the first. It's not necessary to make the first box respond to changes in the
second, my thought was in case the missed the first box.
